Refund Policy

14-day change-of-mind refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no qualifying report access has been recorded for a report issued through that purchase. Every newly published report includes a complimentary 10-minute QR test window; page views and PDF downloads during that window do not count. After it ends, unauthenticated or other non-owner report access may end change-of-mind eligibility. Authenticated report-owner access, EV TrustSeal administrator access, and ordinary link previews do not count. For a Tier 2 upgrade, only access associated with the upgrade payment is considered.

How to request one

Submit the Refund request form using the email address on your account and include the report serial number. Staff will verify the purchase date and access record, then process an eligible refund through Stripe. Please do not send card details.

After a refund or dispute

A full refund removes future access granted by that purchase and restores the highest remaining paid tier, if any. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke access. A disputed entitlement is suspended while the dispute is open, restored if won, and reconciled if lost. Already issued reports and their verification history are retained.

Consumer guarantees

This voluntary policy does not exclude remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other mandatory law. Contact us if the service is faulty, materially misdescribed, or otherwise does not meet a non-excludable consumer guarantee, even when the voluntary change-of-mind conditions are not met.
